Payment and delivery - a personal service

We are a small friendly company who are able to provide a personal service to both UK and overseas customers, tailored to your own needs as required.

If you do have a special requirement or need to clarify any aspect of your purchase, before or after you order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help.

Order and pay securely online

We accept all major credit and debit cards online via PayPal, one of the world's leading online payment facilitors.

Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to buy from us - just use your credit or debit card as you would usually. However, if you do have a PayPal account, you naturally have the choice of payment by card, bank, or PayPal account. 

Be assured that once you proceed to checkout, your order will be processed safely through PayPal's own secure trading infrustructure supported by the internet's robust encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) - look out for the little yellow padlock in your browser window when entering your payment card details.

Also note that no one at Indigo Silver has access to your card or banking details at any time.

Order and pay by cheque or UK postal order 

If you prefer, you can pay by cheque or UK postal order - see our online order form for further details or simply call us and we'll take your order over the phone.

Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Dispatch

Much of our jewellery is made to order so dispatch will usually be within 3 working days of receipt of order. Please note that dispatch of bespoke items may take slightly longer. Do contact us if your order is required urgently.

Delivery 

Please select one of the following delivery options available to you when reviewing your shopping basket:

UK delivery is £2.95 for orders up to £25
UK orders up to £25 will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) First Class post at just £2.95 per order - usually within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

UK delivery is FREE for orders over £25
UK orders over £25 will be delivered FREE by Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) First Class post - usually within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

International delivery is £7.50 
We welcome orders from outside of the UK. Delivery is by air using the Royal Mail International (Signed For) service - usually delivered within 5 working days of dispatch and at the one low rate of £7.50 per order.

Please note that a signature may be required to confirm receipt depending on Signed-For service availability in your area.

Please also note that overseas customers may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders despatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and so we cannot predict if they will be charged, or influence if and how they may be levied. Any such charges are not covered in the purchase or delivery price and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all purchases, so please do contact us imediately if for any reason you are not completely happy.

If you wish to return an item, then contact us to arrange an exchange or full refund on return. Please note though that, due to hygiene reasons, we can not offer a refund or replacement on earrings unless they are faulty.
