New Customer Accounts

We've made a change to Indigo Silver Customer Accounts that will improve your shopping experience.

What's changing: We're upgrading our customer account system to a new format that offers enhanced features and easier login.

Why we're making this change: The new account system provides a more seamless shopping experience and better security for your information.

Benefits you'll enjoy:

  • Passwordless login - more secure and no more forgotten passwords!
  • Improved presentation of current and previous orders
  • Saved shipping addresses - with the option to add multiple addresses
  • Self-serve returns management - initiate returns or exchanges
  • Product reviews management - write or view your reviews

What to expect next time you log in:

When you visit our desktop store and click the Account icon, or click Menu/Login on mobile, you'll see a new login screen with two options:

 

'Sign in with Shop' - securely stores payment details for faster checkouts. New Shop users should follow the simple on-screen sign-up process.

'Email' - same account benefits but will not store payment details. Existing account holders should use their usual email address.

To create an account, simply enter your email address - if you have ordered from us in the past, please use the email address you used when ordering, to ensure those orders appear in your account.

You'll then receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Enter the code to access your account - your order history, saved addresses, and account information will all transfer automatically to the new system.
