Q - Can I order and pay by phone?

Q - Can I pay by Bank Transfer or Cheque rather than Card or PayPal?
A - Yes, contact us for details - your order will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
Q - I haven't received my items yet - how long should I wait?
A - Up to 5 working days or 7 for International orders, after which you should contact us - see Delivery and Returns.
Q - I have a discount code - how do I redeem it?
A - Simply add items to your basket as usual and enter your discount code in the box provided during checkout - if you are using PayPal Express, you will need to complete their process before being returned to our site to complete checkout.
Q - Do you use genuine Murano Glass?
A - Yes, all of our Murano Glass is sourced in Italy.
