New Customer Reviews with Judge.me
Fab news - we have teamed with reviews giant Judge.me to bring a feature packed product and store reviews environment to our site, plus product Q&A!
From today, all customers will receive email invites to review the products they buy from us. Reviews will be published to our website following an independent verification process. We aim to reply to all reviews, but perhaps not always immediately!
You can also leave product questions - we will answer these as quickly as we can of course. Your question will be published on our website along with our reply for all to see and benefit.
When viewing a product, you will now see star ratings along with the number of questions asked...
Further down the product page you will see a summary of all reviews received, followed by the reviews and questions themselves along with our replies...
We also have a new Customer Reviews page...
And finally for now at least, we have a really neat rotating reviews carousel on our home page...
I do hope you find this new system useful - and you don't need an invite to leave a store review right now!
