Description
For just £3.45 (plus postage where applicable), we can wrap your gift(s), include a message and send directly to the recipient.
Select your item(s) first. Then you can either add gift wrapping to your basket from this page, or select within your basket where you can also enter an optional message in the text box provided.
If you would like us to send your gift(s) directly to the recipient, then please enter their name and address during checkout.
Please note that the wrapping paper may vary from that shown - please state if you would like Christmas wrapping during the festive season.
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of order, but typically 1 to 2 days. Royal Mail delivery options:
- FREE 1st Class for orders over £40, else...
- £3.45 for 1st Class 1 to 2 days
- £5.45 for Tracked 24
- £8.95 for Next Day

Please do contact us immediately if for any reason you are not completely happy with our products or services. In summary:
- Contact us or use the self-serve returns facility in your account, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Prepaid Labels - provided upon acknowledgment of your request.
- No Printer - Royal Mail can print the label at their Delivery Office.
- Condition - items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
- Refunds - processed within 5 working days of approval.
- Exchanges - request an alternative item with adjustments for any price differences.

If you would like to have an item altered, then please contact us first for assistance as not all items can be altered.
We will generally not charge for alterations, but you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item valued at more than £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. On completion of the alteration, we will return the item to you free of charge.
