If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help. In summary:
- Contact us or use the self-serve returns facility in your account within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Prepaid labels are provided once your request is approved.
- No printer? Royal Mail can print the label at their delivery office.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval.
- Exchanges are available, with any price differences adjusted.
