Please do contact us immediately if for any reason you are not completely happy with our products or services. In summary:

• Contact us or use the self-serve returns facility in your account, within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Prepaid Labels - provided upon acknowledgment of your request.
• No Printer - Royal Mail can print the label at their Delivery Office.
• Condition - items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
• Refunds - processed within 5 working days of approval.
• Exchanges - request an alternative item with adjustments for any price differences.
