Beautifully rich in colour, these Murano glass and sterling silver necklaces have 24kt gold leaf inside them which is so vibrant. Hearts are handmade so may vary slightly in shade and are supplied on a sterling silver snake or belcher chain or with no chain - the choice is yours!
Heart measures 20mm.
